Initial health consultation
Receive a thorough assessment of your current health and wellbeing following a 90-minute 1-on-1 appointment, including:

  • a pre-consultation questionnaire

  • medical history (past and current diagnoses, symptoms and medications)

  • discussion of key life areas you are ready to improve, including relationships, work and finances

  • nutrition and hydration

  • exercise and general physical activity 

  • sleep, rest and relaxation

  • emotional wellbeing (mood, stress, anxiety, depression) 

  • specific advice and guidance on immediate changes you can make to improve your health

  • post-consultation written report and coaching plan

Follow-up coaching sessions
After your initial health coaching consultation, you’ll be able to book follow-up sessions where we’ll work together regularly to make your health the best it can be. These will usually be weekly or fortnightly sessions to begin, but the frequency is for you to decide.
