Kate Walker is a certified health coach and children’s yoga teacher, and an expert in performance and wellbeing at home, at school, and in the workplace.
With over 25 years’ coaching experience in sports, corporate performance, and as a professional health coach, she has helped and supported people of all ages and from all walks of life to achieve their goals.
Kate has extensive experience supporting people to set and achieve their individual goals, including fitness and weight management, improved nutrition, and stress and anxiety management. Kate develops personalised coaching plans with each client to meet their unique needs, like managing existing health conditions, and career, relationship and financial challenges.
Kate’s ‘why’ is supporting people of all ages to achieve their holistic health, wellbeing and life goals, with a particular interest in empowering children and teenagers to make the right choices for them. With the NHS facing a pressured and uncertain future, she believes that teaching people of all ages how to build sustainable habits for positive physical, mental and emotional health will go a long way towards reducing future reliance on increasingly out-of-reach services.
Kate is a member of her local primary school’s Board of Governors (with an enhanced DBS check permitting her to work with children and vulnerable people), and is committed to creating a healthier, more connected community where everyone has the opportunity for lifelong holistic health and wellbeing.
